What questions are more frequent in an interview for a call center?
Recently I worked hard in my studies in order to have standards in a call center, I mean to be promoted and for my personal and professional growth. My goal now is the right to work in a call center, but I have no idea what kind of maintenance they have … If you want Please tell me some tips? thank you very much.
I interviewing people for positions in the call center. Some questions (in no particular order, I think just off the top of my head) – Tell me about a time when you had to work at a rapid pace during a long period of time. What was the situation and how did you react? (call center = rapid pace. they want to believe that you can handle) – What are computer programs that work from home? – Tell me about a time this was a difficult customer or coworker. How to handle the situation and what was the result (call center customer batch = hard) – Tell me about a time that was beyond a customer. (always good to highlight their skills in customer service) – What do you work in a call center? – Tell me a time when it had to do a product / service. How about this and its success (positions of many call centers require at least soft sales)? – Describe a situation where you had to change his approach because your first attempts to convince a client has failed. However, if you had prior to the call center experience, additional questions they do is your call volume, average the average of the call, and the size of the database of customers. One may wonder how their previous work relate to these things. Finally, we give a scenario that has a lot of numbers in it, such as account numbers, dates and dollar amounts. It reads like a client call and ask you to write everything I can remember. This demonstrates his ability to listen and recovery.
