Psych best systems for understanding and development?
I know it's a bit vague, but in your opinion, what book or video, courses has been found to be more illustrative, either for understanding / Time / counseling or behavior of other growth and personal development. I've seen and read more about the various schools of psychology, but I'm sure that in a school that is readily available is nothing compared to the best lessons in this school. Feel free to suggest dark schools in psychology but I am looking for specific books, not just general education. Thank you!
