How effective advice to help with depression?

Well, then I feel very depressed lately. I difficulty coping with anything and sometimes I feel like everything is useless. Sometimes I think to kill me, but I never, especially since I do not want to traumatize my brothers. So I wonder if anyone had advice and / or do not know whether it is useful to treat depression. Thanks for all that I can give.

I talk therapy several times in my life, and he always helped reduce stress and loneliness, then I also learned good coping skills. The most useful (for me) kind of conversation therapy focuses on self-esteem and self-knowledge. I was in maintenance therapy for 3 years before I was diagnosed bipolar, and he helped me to perceive diagnose me. The therapist uses Rational Emotive Therapy, or RET, leads him to focus on ways of speaking your mind, recognize the negative thoughts that you keep suggesting you, and how to change your thought process to a more neutral, less emotional and more realistic. It was not confrontational or uncomfortable, and he taught me, in a sense, my own therapist. The book, "Feeling Good" has been reissued and is a great help. Another more recent approach of cognitive therapy is Emotive Therapy (CET). It only starts thinking of you and your situation in a neutral position, but also puts a positive impact on things. It will increase your self-image and self esteem. I have more time in a group, but the 1:1 treatment really helped. One third (group) therapy is the Action Plan Wellness Recovery (WRAP) training. This training is firmly rooted in TSC and was developed by Mary Ellen Copeland's highly acclaimed. In it, you and others explored what seems to look when you feel well, then when warning signs appear, all the way rupture. To develop a plan for ending the crisis to help you and your own teammates chose 5 (can be your doctor, brothers, sisters, parents, friends, therapist, etc) to overcome the crisis. You learn from others in the group, and learn a vision of himself. Killing definitely traumatize himself to his brothers on a large scale. My father, sister and cousin were suicides, and plays many of you. No less important, anger and guilt, either that is irrational. There is hope, but we must work for it. You do not talk about antidepressants. I took over 30 years with generally positive results. I could not have done without them. Good luck and hope that Thay are in therapy and feel better soon!
